Barasat Unnayan Prostuti (BUP) has been working since 1993 in 24 Parganas (North), West Bengal. BUP mainly working for Child Protection, Child Development , Women Empowerment and Environment. Today climate issue is a global issue. We started working on climate change issues in our local areas that is Gangetic Basin as well as Mangrove forest of "SUNDARBAN". It is our experience that climate change program is a global program we will have to work in the local area on particular issues but global community if do not work for sustainability of our planet and sustainability of its development we cannot go far away from this situation. So today the voice of the global community need raised for sustainability of our planet.
